About Us

Institutionalizing social entrepreneurship for sustainable development

Take A Chance for Sustainable Development is a Jordanian non-profit licensed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, based in Amman and operating under the umbrella of the Bab Al-Khair association. We empower orphaned youth economically and socially through long-term adoption programs and a transparent sponsorship system.

We believe economic and social empowerment is a right for everyone, and that justice begins with equal opportunity.

Two programs that make the difference

We walk with each orphaned child for a full year — from pity to empowerment and creativity.

Since 2015

Jodcom — Life Skills

Fun life-skills workshops over 10 months, crowned by volunteer projects the children lead themselves. Children are the goal, not the means.

Since 2016

Making Stars — Professional Skills

We discover talent and build confidence, then place children in Jordanian clubs and academies to compete locally and internationally.
